Late, but I hear eggs that have been in the fridge longer tend to peel better! ie I think the fresher the egg, the more difficult the egg will be to peel :)

I get perfect hard boiled easy to peel eggs by boiling the water first, then adding about 3 tbsp of baking soda into the water, then boil your eggs until done. It should be so easy to peel them. Hope this helps! Your party looks so beautiful and dreamy 😊❤
